Important Instruction
01.The First Step: Luggage Inspection
✈︎ The passengers must arrive at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for the flight.
✈︎ Upon arrival at the airport, the passengers must proceed to the security checkpoint and luggage inspection.
✈︎ There may be long queues depending on the airport traffic, so please proceed to the security checkpoint with enough time to do so.
02.The Second Step: Check-In
✈︎ After completing the security procedures for luggage inspection, the passengers must proceed to the check-in counter to finalize the required procedures for boarding the plane , keeping in mind that the airline has a final deadline for passengers check-in.
✈︎ This deadline will be closed one hour before the flight’s scheduled departure time, and any passenger who arrives late will not be able to check in and will miss the flight.
The required documents for the check-in counter:
- A valid and original passport for the traveling passenger (the passport must be valid for at least six months)
- A paper ticket (preferred)
- A valid visa (if required for the flight)
After completing the travel documents and luggage check-in, the passenger will receive the boarding pass.
The boarding card allows passengers to proceed to the immigration counter and enables them to board the plane. The flight number, seat number, departure gate, time of departure and time of destination are generally stated on the boarding card.
ᯓ ✈︎ In case the passenger loses the boarding pass card , they must immediately notify the airport security or the airline representative.
🔴 The passenger will not be allowed to travel without the boarding passing card.
03.The Third Step: Immigration and Passports
- After obtaining the boarding card, the passenger must proceed to the immigration and passports office, where they must submit their travel documents to the immigration officer to complete this step.
04..The Fourth Step: Boarding the plane
- After completing the immigration procedures, the passenger must wait in the waiting lounge until the boarding of the plane begins. Company employees will announce the start of boarding the plane and will guide the passenger until the boarding is complete.
05.The Fifth Step: Onboard
- Passenger Seat Number / Hand Luggage:
- The cabin crew will guide the passengers to their seats according to the seat number mentioned on the boarding passing .
- When the passenger identifies their seat, they can look for the available space in the overhead boxes of their luggage. This task is not always easy, so the cabin crew can be called upon for assistance with the bag if necessary..
- The passenger must sit in the assigned seat.
- The cabin crew will begin the safety demonstration which the passenger must pay a close attention to.
- These procedures include safety instructions, emergency procedures, and prohibited items for the passenger during the flight.
06.The Sixth Step: Arrival at the Final Destination
- Passengers must collect their luggage before leaving the airport. In case of lost luggage, the passenger must inform the airline staff responsible for this and file a report, filling out the special form.
